Bill.com isn't set up as an Integrated Application in QuickBooks
How to fix the sync error
- Launch the Bill.com sync dashboard
- Highlight the Sync Profile that's causing the error
- Select Edit on the dashboard
- Follow the prompts to edit the sync profile
- When the application certificate pops up, select the checkbox for Yes, always allow access even if QuickBooks is not running
