Why the sync error occurs
This error occurs when the sync no longer detects the original Accounts Payable account that was in use in QuickBooks when the sync was first established.
How to fix the sync error
Contact Customer Support to notify us that you are syncing with a different QuickBooks company file or using a new Accounts Payable account to record the transactions.
