Import Error: Invoice line item not mapped to an item

When importing invoices to Key CashFlow, items on the invoices must already exist in Key CashFlow. If an invoice is imported with an item not yet added to Key CashFlow, an error similar to this will appear:

Invoice "1" for customer "John" failed. A line item had an item that was not mapped to an item in. Item name: "PT002"

Resolving the Import Error

To resolve the issue, create the item in Key CashFlow with the exact name as it appears on the invoice.
