Android Mobile App for Collaborators: Contacting Support
Collaborators can contact Key CashFlow Support from the Android mobile app by following these steps:
In the Bill.com app:
- From the Home screen, Select the Options bars on the top left
- Select Support
- Select Contact us
- Enter a detailed description of issue
- Select Submit
After selecting Send, an email will be sent to Support. A Support representative will respond to your email within 1-2 business days. For more immediate assistance, the best way to contact us is by logging in to your Key CashFlow account through a computer and chatting with us securely through our Support Center. Chat Agents are available Monday - Friday 5 am - 6 pm Pacific Time.
