QuickBooks Online sync error: All bill line items needs to have the same location
Why the sync error occurs
This error will occur when:
- One or more line items on a bill in Key CashFlow is missing a location
- More than one location is used on a bill, since QuickBooks Online only allows one location per bill
How to fix the sync error
In Key CashFlow"
- Select Bills in the navigation menu
- Select the All bills tab
- Select the invoice number of the bill with the error
- Verify that a location is selected for each line item, and that they are all the same location
- Select Save
- Sync again
