Sage Intacct sync error: Please select a UOM Group or select a default UOM group in the Inventory Setup

Why the sync error occurs

This error occurs when invoices in Key CashFlow℠ are unable to sync because a Sage Intacct account doesn't have a Unit of Measure created in the Order Entry module.

How to fix the sync error

  1. In Sage Intacct, create a Unit of Measure in the Order Entry module
  2. Sync again
