Sage Intacct sync: Transactions Aren't Syncing after Initial Sync
Why the issue occurs
This issue occurs when the Key CashFlow Sync Preferences are incomplete.
How to Fix the issue
To resolve the issue, complete the Sync Preferences in Key CashFlow:
- In Key CashFlow, select Settings
- Under Sync, select Preferences
- Verify that all required fields have been set
- Select Save
- Sync again
